2. Contract conclusion
The products and product descriptions in the seller's online shop do not constitute a legal binding offer from the seller, but it can be used to submit a legally binding offer to purchase by the customer.
By clicking the order button you make a binding order arrangement for the products listed in the shopping cart. You will receive an automated confirmation of receipt of your order immediately after submitting. This confirmation doesn’t constitute a contract acceptance. The contract shall be deemed to be concluded either with a written order confirmation notice or by delivering the goods to the customer.
Before you submit a binding order, you can adjust and modify your entries at any time using the delete button. Furthermore, all entered data are displayed for your review before the binding order will be submitted. Using the usual mouse and keyboard functions, you are able to change your order at this step.
We will save your order and all details of the contract concluded. We will also send you the Terms of Service by E-Mail. You are also able to download our Terms of Service at our website at any time after the contract has been concluded. Also, if you are a registered customer, you can view your recent orders at the customer’s log-in area “My Account”.
3. Reservation of property
The goods supplied remain in the property of the seller until the purchase price and belonging fees have been paid in full.
Warranty is granted according to statutory provisions.
